Refund Policy

All prints are made to order and as such cannot be cancelled or refunded once an order has been placed unless damaged upon receipt.

Please inspect your order as soon as possible once it has been received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do have a problem with your order, please contact us on david@newmoonart.co.uk including a photo of the item, and the condition of the packaging as it was received.

We are unable to receive damaged items back but either a replacement item, or refund can be arranged.
